Toronto is a safer city if compared to almost all major N. America cities of similar or even smaller size.

Its no coincidence the ones that complain the loudest about Toronto are the once that live outside of its borders.

Sure there are some areas tat are less safe, but they are the exception.

As for authorities.., not sure who you mean. I have no issue with the police and think that they do a good job. Mayor is a idiot...but so was the mayor before Miller.
