Saw this at ESSO express down pembina close to safeway. 5c off FRI SAT SUN and additonal 3c off with speed pass.
Was cheaper using MBNA cashback card with 3.5c off instead of speed pass.

I guess you could combine MBNA with speed pass in your online profile to get 3.5c + 3c saving.

Confirmed all of the pumps have a sign saying this at this location. It said save 3c/L with Speedpass. See inside for more details.

I thought about that except my keys already have these scan tags and I have about 5 scan tags I use weekly, a key fob, about 10 keys. Imagine if I was a janitor...

The hottest deal in gas is to stop using so much of it, but saving a few cents here and there doesn't hurt when you finally need to fill up.

Received my Speedpass in the mail and confirmed this works at Elgin Mills and Woodbine. They have new signs up (more official looking) at each of the pumps now. It does say: At this location while offer lasts.

OP should changed the title because this location is NOT in Richmond Hill. It's east of 404 so it's considered Markham. I think the reason they have this promotion is because the gas in Richmond Hill (which is only just a block away) is always 2.x cents cheaper.
