Any ideas.
I would rather not go the autotrader route.
Just sell to a dealer.
Whats the best option to get a reasonable price.

dealer is going to take advantage of you. They can sense you are desparate to sell.
btw, you need to tell us what trim model & options, mileage, etc.

You have to weigh convenience vs. reasonable price.
I bought my car through kijiji. :)

Selling a car to a dealer is the WORST thing you can do, especially when you're looking to get a reasonable price for it.

Be prepared to be lowballed by about $5k less than you would expect by a dealer.
What is so bad about selling it to a privately?

If you want most of what you paid back for it, selling it back to a dealer is probably not the best option. Reason being they are going to have to sell it off for themselves, and at a price that makes it attractive enough to keep people from looking at a newer model as another option. Furthermore, you will experience accelerated depreciation since it is only 1 or 2 years old. If you want the most possible money, work for it and sell it yourself.

Just spread the word you are selling a 2011 Corolla. It is highly desirable car, and hard to find in the used market (that new).
People will easily pay market value for a clean Corolla. (Will sell in less than 1 week.)

The best option to get the most reasonable price is to sell the car to the dealer and put that money towards another car on the dealer's lot.

Is it really that easy to find someone with that much cash laying around? I figured at the price something like that would go for most people would need dealer financing.
