Doing a little DIY project and basically I currently have 2 chambers in a cooler. I used plexiglass to seal off each side. Now I want 1 side to be "cool" and the other to handle "heat". What would be the best way to prevent condensation forming? Other than sealing off the "hot" side completely, is there a foam of some sort that I can form that will make contact with the roof of the cooler so that it doesn't let moisture through? I really don't want to have to make an airtight enclosure of some sort as I will need easy access. Any suggestions? Thanks

Conduction, convection and radiation. That's what you have to overcome to prevent heat transfer.

Plan B is to suck all the moisture out of the air.

plus some of this (if they need to be attached) http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/8/89/Duct-tape.jpg/273px-Duct-tape.jpg seems like the easiest way to do things.

Can't be done.

The walls will want to fight for hot or cold, as BuildingHomes said "Conduction, convection and radiation"

No matter wht you put between, unless you completely cut the cooler in two then put 2" - 3" styroand glue between.... . get two coolers
