I was lucky enough to pick up the Logitech z313 speakers on sale for $16 during a PM and they are really great speakers. I was not expecting much when I picked them up but I was really impressed at how large they sound for such small speakers.

I just counted and I have a graveyard of 16 logitech speakers and 3 subs from dead systems. z-2300, z-5500, z-530 etc... I keep meaning to do something with the speakers but many of them have a strange 3 ohm resistance which is too much for many amps. Really wish the logitech amps will last.
I do have a set of the yellow higher end altecs I purchased for my wife which has had at her desk for years. They work as new. All of that said I still consider the logitechs but I will wait until the uber cheap deals.

Would anyone here recommend the Altec Lansing for use with an LCD TV? Mostly to play video games / watch movies.

OP: How did you get $25 after PM? I just called and the total before tax came to $34.43. They took the shipping price into the calculating. Total came to $38.xx.
Thanks for post!

Logitech amps are very good compared to others like Klipsch but Logitech has a very good warranty too, they send you a new one without even having to send the old one back. I have z5500 and z5300 and both are great. Got the z5500 used off Kijiji for $20 and the z5300 for $25 used.
