I don't know what that means, but checking their amazon.ca feedback they've got 96% positive, which is pretty good for me. I'm going to see if I can pull a fast one with a price match @ futureshop or walmart, if not i'll buy from there

another option is get the refurb from the apple store ($119 + taxes free shipping) new outer shell and new battery and earbuds. so it is as good as brand new one. Only the box will say "certified apple refurbished".

I am not sure if buy N cell is an authorized dealer for apple products or not.
