ordering from staples.ca

hey all, last weekend I ordered a camera from staples.ca and I as of yet still have to receive it. I am going through their customer service to try and find where my camera went (whoever does their deliveries has it, never made it on to Tuesdays' truck (they state "delivered: next business day" on their site) they said, nothing since then.)... I want the camera for when i go on vacation at the end of the month...

has anyone else dealt with the online portion of staples business depot? problems?

It's "Expected Delivery: Next Business Day", not guaranteed.

Are you in the city or rural area? Rural will take longer.

But from personal experience items are delivered within 1-3 business days.

and... Customer Service is saying when you called?

not much else we can help you with other then telling you the typical time frame of deliveries.

I ended up calling staples instead of emailing them again, since they couldn't explain why the order wasnt sent, and that they couldn't get any more in stock before I leave on vacation, they are issuing a full refund. Shame though. The camera was on sale for a really good price...
