- Work
- Dates
- Go out with friends (bowling, pool, movies, Timmies, etc)
- Take walks
- Pursue professions (acting in a play, taking photos, etc)
- Drive to the cottage, or wherever else they want
- Patrol our borders with live automatic weaponry
- Drink at bars
- Study for their university exams
- Play music
- Watch their parents die in the hospital
- Observe the stars
- Hunt animals
- Dance
- Cook at restaurants
The list goes on. Pretty much anything adults do, as many teenagers are adults

School. High school dance party and concert can be late and most of them past 11pm. University student stays late in school.
Battle of the band.
Deliver pizza.

I'm sorry, how is this any less discriminative than say "what do blacks/browns/asians/white do at night outside"???

And all of these things you have to do outside on the street? You cannot do it on your own property or your friends property? You have to do it on the road side or the sidewalk?
Which girl are you dating that stays out till 3am?
which walk are going on at 3am?
which photo are u taking at 3am?
which bar are you drinking at 3am?
which dance goes to 3am?

I'm sorry, I saw 'outside of their homes' in the OP and figured you meant outside of their homes. If you're looking to limit the answers to what they do on the streets, sidewalks, and on my property, then drive, walk, and come visit me respectively.

Why should we stop at teens? Organized crime ages typically vary from ages 20-60. We should ask them what they're doing outside past 11pm too!

Do you change your question now?
Your original question was "What do teens do between 11pm/7am outside of their home? Tell me everything that you do.". Now, "outside on the street"?
You said after 11pm and now you are talking about 3am. Are you keeping on shifting?

How do you define the age range for a "teen"?

I'm wondering how a kid in the army is supposed to serve his country from inside his home, myself. An Olympic athlete would probably have a hard time attending morning swimming practice in their house too...

Dates can go until midnight or 1 AM easily. This is between 11 PM and 7 AM on most clocks I've seen. The ones in your house may be different though. As for the others, I've done all those things at 3 AM (except the bar one, that's when they close, so they usually usher everyone out a few minutes before then. Then I'd usually walk back to my dorm or my house)

3am is between 11pm and 7am.
For one, bar already closed at 3am. Hence, they can't drink in a bar at 3am. May be you should ask "What do teens do at 3am outside of their home?"

wait... have you thought of the possibility that cheapmeister was being honest and heart-felt with his question. I mean, there is a pretty good odds here that he probably never got to experience any of the activities during his teens. Now he's taking it out on teens who isn't staying in the basement at all time outside of school.
After all, people tend to fear and hate things they don't understand. :)
In that case... Piro21's first post was spot on.

Some movie theaters have midnight showings which would end around 2-3am.
The one I want to? Why should walks be restricted by the time of day/night?
The one that needs to be taken at night.
The ones which typically have last call around 3am.
The ones in clubs which typically end around 3am.

Sit outside and talk
Night bike riding
...and plus all the other things people have said so far.
if it's none of those then it's something illegal.

Forget about attending those special midnight screenings as well. After all, any teenager who isn't a crazy unproductive shut-in must be out shooting people all over the city.

id be more concerned with adults being out past 11pm than teens that smoke weed, have little to no alcohol and hang out in Timmies parking lots:lol:

wonderland closes at 10-11, right? great place for all the police to stake-out there. Might be the motherlod of 'illegal' activities there. ;)
Great, now i've officially contributed more to Police intelligences than the entire certain neighbourhood has so far.

Of course you can't because we all know the only thing any teen can be hungry for after 11pm is murder and violence.
