I was a big fan of Boxee when I had it running on my PC. The media scraping was incredible, it had links to a many current shows, and it even consolidated downloaded content with content available online. So for example, if I had downloaded the first season of a show and was watching it just as the second season was starting, those episodes would show up alongside the episodes I downloaded (and the source would be listed, i.e. CBS/ABC/Hulu, etc.) Now that development of the Boxee software has stopped (even the Boxee Box has limitations I hear), is there a software program that can do the same type of thing? I recently got an Apple TV to replace my aging HTPC (jailbroken, XBMC running on it), but is there any software package/plugin available for Apple TV that can do that sort of thing, or at least offer an online show library similar to what Boxee had?

Interesting. So Boxee is no longer being developed?

They stopped development on all platforms to focus on the Boxee Box (from what I hear, the next hardware product will likely be out in the fall). The forthcoming hardware as well as the fact that the existing Boxee Box has an unresolved Flash player issue is what kept me from picking one up. If the new product turns out to be a winner, hopefully I can flip my Apple TV and get most (if not all) of my money back.
