revive med spa? reviews??

hi, have been wanting to get a 1-year unlimited microdermabrasion package from someone, and Revive Med Spa (yonge/egl) offered for $199 (also includes unlimited some other facial-type procedure). but saw reviews on yelp.ca and pretty bad. want to know if anyone here has any opinions/reviews?

definitely dont want to get caught up with a bad clinic doing any kind of procedure on my face.
