acerparts.ca trustworthy?

Hi everyone, I'm planning to buy a refurbished laptop on acerparts.ca site, since the price seems right. But this website is very simple, and I can't find a review of the company anywhere on the net. Have any of you got experience dealing with this company in the past? Is it legitimate and trustworthy? Thanks a lot!

Ran a whois, looks like the website has been up since 2006. That's a good sign. They also use paypal rather than western union, also working to your favour.

This doesn't mean go for it, it just means it looks more legit than not.

acerparts.ca = aceroutlet.ca = jtek distribution.

They are a phenomenal retailer to deal with. I would not hesitate dealing with them again for a second.

I know this might be a little late, but my family owns acerparts.ca (http://www.acerparts.ca), which is a subsidiary of Jtec Distribution (http://www.jtec.ca). We have been in business for over 10 years and recent won the ACE award for "Acer channel excellence". We have several large school boards as clients, and many small businesses.

I bought the laptop mentioned. The shipping was quick. The tracking was good. And after a month using it I find it quite satisfying.

There are only 2 minor problems: there is a dead pixel on the screen, and one end of the spacebar is a little higher than the other end and the rest of the keyboard. But I guess it's acceptable for a refurbished laptop and for the price
