Looking for feedback on 2008 Mazda CX7

As the title says I'm looking for some feedback on The 2008 Mazda CX7, more specifically the GT AWD. I'm in the market for a new vehicle and am considering the CX7. Where does it stand in terms of:

Reliability?
Fuel economy?
Maintenance cost?
Resale value (not as important)?

Also, where do you guys recommend I look for a new vehicle? I want to avoid buying from a dealer unless I have no choice. I'm not in a huge rush and would like to find a great deal. Kijiji? Lespac? ADESA? MontrealAutoprix? What else??

I heard the turbo engine was causing lot of problems.

It's a fuel sucking pig of an SUV.

My research also showed issues with the Turbo, and high gas consumption. I bought the 2011 non-Turbo and LOVE this car.
