Eg/Ie: Last log in July 23, 2012 17:00 GMT-04:00

What is 17:00, then -04:00 ?

Is there a official PayPal time? Or eBay time

Toronto Canada is EST which is -5:00 GMT. So time different is 1 hour.

17:00 = 5 pm

GMT = -4:00 = time zone

GMT doesn't vary according to the seasons.

In the summer, BST (British Summer Time) = GMT +1.

EDT = GMT -4 = BST -5.
