Damn it!! It is my own fault due to my trusting nature. Over the phone, I gave more than necessary personal details to a big co when the CSR asked to update personal profile for additional services. @##@ I should practise what I have been told by close associates to provide the very basics (name, address and phone number only). There are a plenty of scams through personal data leakages/hacks from such businesses. Now I am more concerned and wondering how secure my personal data with the co if I terminate their services in future.

 A BIG lesson learnt. One has to be very careful in dealing with faceless telephone CSRs.

Bunch of us were out for dinner and one of my idiot friends refused to tell us his birthday because he was afraid we or someone would overhear it and try stealing his identity at the bank.
