I have a phone interview with Microsoft tomorrow for a position in their retail store. It's supposed to be 45min to 1hr long, which has me pretty nervous (even though regular interviews are usually that long).
I'm kinda nervous as I'd love to take this job (way better than what I do now) and I don't wanna screw up, or as less as possible, so any tips/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Kudos :)

Have confidence, being nervous will only give you a mental block and not answer properly and confidently, thats the best tip I can give you and also be yourself.

Prepare mentally, or better still in writing, a very brief 'potted history' to answer the demand 'Tell me about yourself.' Managers ask this not because they want the information though they already have your CV, but because they want to listen to you, to find out how communicative you are, and how you sound.

Best of luck!
