If It's Telus locked It can still be used for any courier? I don't think It works like that. I think that only applies for phones that are Rogers locked and can still work for the brother/sister company like Fido for whichever SIM you put In first.
iPhone 4S' are $50 to unlock, No?

I am not sure whether it works as is or not.
Its in the factory sealed box, ( i was read in one of the forums some one mentioned that, which carrier SIM you put in the iphone it will automatically locks to it, i am not sure about it)
unlocking iPhone 4S in GTA is @ $20 -$25, i have enquired few people...
let me know i f you are interested.
