Hello guys, I am thinking about buying GMC used Acadia from 2009 and was wondering about extra costs associated with owning AWD system.
Does it cost extra to change oil?
Does it cost more to change tires?
How much extra other costs associated to this?

I think you just pay a little more gas. No other associated costs

To clarify the above, the AWD system weighs around 100kg more than a standard 2wd system. So, it's like driving around with an extra passenger all the time.

Most awd system, tires need to be replaced 4 at a time. If you have one bad tire, you might have to replace the other 3 good tires depending on how much tread is left
