Android/Apple app for video intercom

Wonder if there is an Android/Apple app for video intercom and what sort of hardware is required. I wanna be able to get video of person knocking the door and I have both Apple and Android devices.

@tkl. Great! Thanks. Love all three Apps. I wonder what hardware is required outside the door. I searched on Google and hit a couple websites, below are two links for the App and IP camera to go with it but it is ridiculously expensive.

I am looking for a budget wireless solution.

All the Android one's I've posted are pretty cheap monitoring solutions. All you need after that would be any webcam.
