hi, i know i've read threads before on this company, not sure if here or on yelp, but can't find the thread...i bought this same deal from dealfind only to find that the company had a message they wouldn't honour the coupon, got my money back last week as a refund.

i do not want to bother with them. they changed the name from GreatBodyMassage.com to CanadaBeautyHealthcare.com and now CanadaBeautyANDHealthCare.com. They use one room in their marketing office located at First Canadian Place to conduct their massage business. another location is at Steele St. They used Groupon, DealFind and now LivingSocial to get new customers. why couldn't they honour their coupons with Dealfind? whoever wants to try, please go ahead.

That makes them sound super sketchy.
Do they also only take cash payments from males and have a shower there so you can look "presentable" when you go back to the office ;)
I think they just want business from men who leave big tips....sounds kinda like one of those places......

really not sure what to do, if you follow the link over 562 people have bought the deal!!!! oh lord, i wonder how difficult its going to be to get an appointment if i do buy the deal...the only reason i'm considering it because i'm going on mat leave soon so i'll be able to take the daytime appointments.
....but with so many "spas" around town, i tend to agree with 'bookpreviews' and i dont want that kind of masseuse touching my body in any way. i hope the place is legit and not a soft brothel.

I didn't mean to make my post sound bad for the people who work in that industry.
Heck- it could be one of your kids or neighbour who works there?
Just saying that because when I was in high school/university one of my friends got a job as a "exotic dancer",so heard many stories from that.
And at the moment one of my friends she is working at a daycare and is a burlesque dancer at night/weekends....

all 3 websites have the same address at 100 King Street W Suite 56014.
per 3Marketdimensions website: "is one of fastest growing customized market research company in the USA and North America" has some thing to do with
Hot stones/Deep tissue/Swedish/Scalp/Couple massage and Manicure/Pedicures/Reflexology/Facial treatments?
check out the websites. $99 for 10-1hr session is really a good deal. it comes out $10/session? Registered massage therapist does not work for $10/hr so what's the catch here? maybe just like we pay $500 or $1000 for the gym membership fees. We use the gym or not, no cancellation, no refund, the gym got the money. you guys can try out

Money is tight and people will do almost anything to get a job doing anything that will pay. I'm sure that many would agree that being an exotic dancer pays better than many other jobs.

I actually bought 2 of these deals from Livingsocial (I'm a yoga instructor and I normally trade yoga classes with a spa that has a massage therapist. Business is closing, so I needed another option).
First of all, had a hard time finding the place on King Street (Livingsocial didn't included the suite number, and it's in a huge business district building). Finally gave up and asked security (one person led me in the wrong way, the other person was more helpful). Once I got to the floor, the security on that floor asked if I had an appointment. I said I wanted to make one while I was there, but he said you had to get in contact with them.
The problem with that advice, is that I had called them (their mailbox was full) and emailed them as per their website (this was yesterday, as of yet, haven't heard anything). I'm wary of a place like this (especially a place that massages). I'm available during the day for massages, so I thought this was a no brainer. I'm sending one more email with 10 sessions I want scheduled. If I don't hear back from them by Friday, it's refundville!!!

uh, excuse me, but i wasn't looking for an insult and please do not comment about my family on this website. i would never raise my children to work in a brothel...if you would, that is your business. i only posted to ask for people's experiences/opinions about this company, not to get any weird low blow comments or value judgements. please keep the board clean...thanks.

I'm not passing judgement on anyone.
just mentioning that one of my friends worked at one of these places a few years ago.
And my friends mom said the same thing about her daughter...her mom still does not know that my friend worked in such a place.

Looks like their featured on GroupOn today. http://www.groupon.com/deals/canada-beauty-and-healthcare . For anyone interested I would call and ask to make an appointment or ask how far in advanced they are booked due to the dealfind voucher..

That 100 King St W address drew me in, but it should be a warning for all future group buyers. I first noticed it on the Peter Parvez custom shirt deal, checked it out and came back with this virtual office service: http://www.regus.ca/locations/virtual-office/toronto-first-canadian-place
Suite number is 5600-56xxx

Total scam!!! I bought the deal, tried to make an appintment via phone and kept getting voicemail. So did it using their online system. Received an automatic email comfirmation 24 hrs ahead. Couldn't find the place since Living Social didn't put the suite number the voucher, so eventually had to ask the security guard (It in First Canadian Place, not exactly a small building!!!). Got up their and was told to wait. 5 min after the appointment time the poor masseuse comes out, and found out there was FIVE of us booked for the same slot and only ONE of her. Tried finding someone in charge to speak to (not the poor lady masseuse fault..she's only hired for a job) and the "receptionist" was extremely rude and asked all of us to leave and not cause a scene (which none of us were doing, my voice wasn't even raised)!!!!! What a waste of time.
At least Living Social gave me a full credit, not refund which I wanted. The phone agent says there's already been a few compliants......
Bottom line : STAY AWAY and wish I checked this forum out first before buying!!!

thank you for the head's up...i didn't end up buying the deal on either living social or groupon and feel i saved myself a lot of hassle & aggravation.
glad you got your credit (it will come in handy for something much better) & thanks again Picard! :)
