If I fail my G1 road test, how long do I have to wait to re-take the road test?

at least 10 days. But does it mean it's guarantee a spot for a road test after 10 days? FYI, I'm taking test at Port Union.

There no guarantee of anything
You would have to schedule another test, the exact same process , it just cannot be within 10 days.

However you probably require more practise so go when your ready and not within the time required.
