Ghost Recon Future Soldier $39.99 At EB And FS: PS3, 360 And PC

EB Games and Futureshop both have Ghost Recon Future Soldier on sale for $39.99. EB Games includes PS3, PC, and 360, FS only includes PS3 and 360. FS is "FutureShop Exclusive" not sure what that entails. Also EB has a few other Ubisoft titles on sale, nothing seemed to jump out at me though.
