Dead cooling fan Panasonic Plasma

hey all, I've got a Panasonic Plasma TV TC-P54VT25 with one dead fan, as a safety, the screen wont turn on and the power LED blinks 11 times signalling a fan cooling failure code, any one know where I can get a replacement fan? part # on fan is PBT-GF30-FR searched all over the net all i see are bulk buys for this fan, and some TV repair shops say it'll take them weeks to get, any one knows of a local place in GTA to get such a fan?
