Looks like the k cup carousel is east only. Shot down in Vaughan Ontario. Still 15.99 here.

How does this rotary shaver compare to a foil shaver? I have an old remington rotary shaver and it doesn't cut as close as my braun foil shaver.
Although, it does cut longer strands of hair compared to a foil shaver.
