iPhone 4 in fully working and good condition locked to Rogers/Factory unlock

I want to buy an iphone 4 16gb or 32 gb that must be in fully working condition (all buttons, speaker, in ear speaker, calling, microphone, vibrate, GPS, 3g, wifi, etc must all work, and I will test them) and that it must not have cracks or scratches on the screen, but scratches anywhere else is fine, must be at least 8/10 condition.

I only need the wall plug or ac adapter and i don't need box and any other acessories, but will appreciate it if you will include them.

I need a 16gb one but will accept an 8gb if it includes box and all accessories and its in mint condition. Of course a 32gb is fine even without accessories, so long it all works.

Must be locked to Rogers or Factory unlock via apple store only, please no software unlock or gevey unlocks.

I will buy the iPhones 4 for $250-280 depending on the condition and gb.

Must be able to meet at any of the following places:
Brampton: Bramalea City Centre, Trinity Common, or Shoppers World
Mississauga: Square One
Etobicoke: Humber College
North York/Vaughan: York University
