USED CAR DEALER ASSOCIATION

Some of the worst offenders reported on RFD are UCDA members. The most negatively reviewed dealer on Rate My Dealer had the gonads to tell customers that buying a car that's been in an accident was good because you got a new paint job. And they're a UCDA member. Another UCDA dealer in Toronto changed their name as many times as most people get haircuts because of all the bad reviews from disgruntled customers. Has anyone ever had the UCDA mediate a grievance on their behalf ?

It's probably just another marketing opportunity... like the Better Business Bureau.

Companies who pay to be a part of the organization get to say they are "better" because they are part of that organization, but it really doesn't mean much.
