Any chance this pricing is in other costco locations? Or is this a too good to be true posting?
Most desktops alone are higher than that with those specs and no monitor.

Has anyone tried ordering from Costco.com's custom HP laptops? Do we have 90 days to return to a Costco Canada for a refund for customized laptops?
Didn't know these were ultrabooks:

Those seem really overpriced, especially from a place like Costco. I just got a Dell 15r SE for $900 and it includes a 3rd gen i7 + Decent graphics card.
I was looking at an HP too, but it's so hard to buy from them when you're in Canada.

That is why I asked about the 90 day return policy? Hehe.

For $749.98, this comes with a genuine copy of windows 7 (and upgradable to windows 8 for $14.99), 2 year COSTCO wrranty, and a 23 inch monitor. I think the value is pretty high.
Similar refurbished H8 series desktops sells for only $50 less at futureshop, with only 90 day warranty and no monitor.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this looks like a 2nd gen i7.

Not only that, we still don't know which location it's at :) All we have is "Montreal".

typer100 (who took the photo) and nemojoe (op) are keeping it to themselves apparently.

Yes you can, provided that you upgrade the 300W power supply - which is an easy thing to do because the case has plenty of room to work with and uses standard ATX power supplies.

Resurrecting an old thread. Saw (nearly) this bundle at our Saskatoon Costco priced at $799. It was sitting next to its replacement which was basically the same expect for Win8 and an AMD video card but priced at $999. It always seems like our location is slightly more expensive than some mentioned here. Specs are slightly different than originally posted. The hard drive is 2TB and the card is a GT620. The skew seems to be Costco's only but is exactly like this model (http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?cc=ca&lc=en&dlc=en&docname=c03363679). It's labelled with an asterick indicating clearance and the possibility it might go lower. Not a huge fan of HP quality but Costco provides a 2 year warranty. Seems warm at the price with the included 23" monitor (2311x). US Costcos had a very similar XPS 8500 deal that most would prefer but this isn't too bad. I'm wondering if I can plug in my old machine's 6850 or if I'll need to swap out the PS.
