* Some people are afraid to buy from ebay sellers in Asia
* Some people want a warranty and don't want to have worry about shipping back to Asis
* This will increase competition in North America, meaning lower prices from Dell, ASUS, etc

Actually looks like a solid option. The stand and swivel looks like a huge improvement over the current options. I got Potalion for $315 shipped, but with the extras at $430 depending on shipping costs doesn't seem like too bad of a deal.

Honestly, compared to a Dell U2711, the aesthetic design of that korean monitor looks like C-R-A-P. I guess you get what you pay for.

It's about time. I am hesitant to buy from ebay due to inconsistent quality issues but I would consider this for sure.
