Sorry, I don't have a Kobo Touch but I did use the Kobo Wifi eReader (or whatever it was called) and I remember it being able to charge via USB. So, you should be able to just buy an USB wall charger and use that with any USB cable. But somebody else should confirm this first before you go out and buy one.

Correct, I bought Touchs for my parents for Christmas and just bought the wall chargers for them to plug their USB cords into for when they travel. When I looked for the plugs I think they were about $30 each at Future Shop but I found some at Winners for less than $10 each.
