In order to get free shipping for the PM, in step 3 at ME select the cheapest shipping option and use the notes section to PM the free shipping, example - http://h9.abload.de/img/011na84.png. ME will adjust the order total to reflect the free shipping after the PM is approved.

It's true... they won't match shipping from 2nd store. But if you're spending so much, you may as well bite the $5 S&H fee.

There is also the eVGA 670 on sale at NCIX this week, it comes with a $30GC. It is however a non-OC model.
