where can i find bison/buffalo meat/burgers in GTA?

as the title says. looking for some healthier alternatives to beef

okay, i only checked a local no frills but thought id ask anyway.

I know I've had Elk sausage from them, and I feel like I saw Bison burgers at some point.

Uptown, I know McEwan's has some less-common meats, at Shops at Don Mills: http://mcewan.mcewangroup.ca/ ( http://goo.gl/maps/PHBCn )
We've had bison salami from their deli, but not fresh meat.

I'd suggest calling before making the trek.

hmm. thanks ill look into it..

i thought buffalo would be more readily available now that there are ranches all over the US and i think out west in canada as well
