Any recommendations for what single din car deck to put in my elantra touring? Must have iPod integration without using a stupid amount of adapters.
Factory stereo:

Why do you want a different deck? Yours clearly says MP3/CD...it has an auxiliary port....just get an AUX cable that goes into the headphone part on your iPod!! No need to buy a new stereo, doesn't your steering wheel have controls on it for the stereo too? You won't be able to use that anymore if you change it.

Because factory sucks compared to Aftermarket. Because I can get one with a screen that has a rear view camera. Because I want full speed iPod integration (no I don't have steering wheel controls). I have mini USB which doesn't accept the iPod, yes aux does but then you control the music via iPod.

If you have the cash and the need, you can get a single din deck with a flip-out screen. That way you have Nav and stuff too along with backup cameras and etc.

No steering wheel controls after changing HU? You need to stop giving false advice as thats a complete lie.
Just put a 2DIN nav unit in my buddy's mazda3 and his steering wheel controls work fine

So, you want full iPod integration without steering wheel controls, and clearly you want to control your music playback via your iPod
WHILE DRIVING
That's not good for you or the people around you. Do not use your iPod/iPhone/MP3/4/Phone while driving. Concentrate. Put it on shuffle and leave it there. Drive safely, thank you.

Car audio depreciates so much and buying new is not a good idea. I have my Kenwood eXcelon x794 for sale. It has USB input so you can use a stick or iPod. PM me if you're interested.
