Already posted i.e the ladder. I think it was stephroll who did.

OP here's the original thread: http://forums.redflagdeals.com/hd-easyreach-gorilla-ladders-3-step-ladder-tray-now-5-ymmv-1203607/

Mods, you might want to merge them together even though thread topics are different but has the same item?

Also its $5 at stores in the GTA but OOS at most places, unless they magically restocked.

2 left in Poco. They are high up on the shelf above the Dremel attachments. Look for a bright green sticker with 160876 on a brown cardboard box. Confirmed at 20.96

What's supposed to be in the box anyway? The website says: "Includes: RP250 Router, 1/4" Collet & Wrench, User's Guide and Adjustable Parallel Edge Guide."

I saw the wrench and user's guide in the box I got, but I'm not sure about the collet and I'm pretty sure the edge guide wasn't there. The Heartland location still lists 6 available, so I'll head back there tomorrow and see if I can get a different unit there.

Make sure you take all the cardboard out. It could be hidden in the cardboard pieces.

Thanks! I think I'm missing the wrench but should not be a deal breaker for me. I got the Collet, 2 edge guide and its base.

OT: Bits are quite pricey, most of them are more expensive compared to this B&D router. :)

Mine was attached, but no wrench.

I found the wrench between cardboard pieces. Just a cheap piece of tin. Any wrench will work.

The display model was available at the Stockyards. They were willing to sell it to me but the manager was too busy to discuss a discount on it (too busy to talk to a customer?!?) since it was missing the wrench, the edge guide, box, instructions, possibly the 1/4" collet. Anyway, ended up finding one at Woodbridge location but I think it was the last one.

Great deal. Got the ladder a few months ago for $12.00. Handy as hell. Bought that plunge router used (looked new) last year for $40. As for bits, Canadian Tire puts them on sale all the time. You can get a set (not fantastic quality but good enough did DIY) for $30.

For all of you that bought this router, Home Depot has it for $12.50 on their website at some stores now so you may be able to go back and get a price adjustment but YMMV. I went on the Home Depot site and once you changed the store to the Brampton North store the price changed to $12.50.
Also I called round and both Brampton North and Yorkdale each had a display model left but by the time I got to the Brampton North store, the Home Depot guy that I was talking to on the phone had ended his shift and also very mysteriously the display model had been bought about an hour before I got there!
Anyways, I then happened to wander over to the Lowes store across the street and saw this router there and asked the guy if they price match and long story short, I ended up getting it from Lowe's for $12.50. I didn't try to get them to give me 10% of the difference either as I thought that would be pushing it and also the fact that their policy clearly states that they do not price match on clearance items so I think I got lucky but for those of you that wanted to get this router but couldn't find stock you can try at Lowe's. If you need me to post anything else let me know. Happy Hunting!
