Hey all, I am looking for a good quality external hard drive. 2 - 3 TB, it does not matter if it's USB powered or not. Just looking for recommendations, and a great price. I am hoping to keep the price point at about 100.00 for the 3 TB. Thanks

At the moment, any drive over 1.5 TB will require an external power supply.
For a 3 TB external drive, $100 is going to be almost impossible unless you go for a used drive. The best price I have seen for a new 3 TB drive is a Seagate from Costco in the USA which was $120 + tax.
