Anyone here driving a 2012 Kia Sorento manual transmission?

Hi, I was at the Kia dealer yesterday to buy the vehicle with the manual transmission. Only 2012 models have the manual transmission and there is only a handfull units available in the province and they were going to locate one for me. All 2013 models have only Automatic Transmission. I have read the 2012 model with the Manual Trans does not have the 2.4L Gas Direct Injection Engine (GDI) but only the base 2.4L engine without GDI. The dealer could not confirm which engine come with the car.

I know all Automatic have the GDI but not sure if about the Manual trans.

If you are driving one, could you please confirm which engine ?
