Is Craigslist evil?

Few problem with craigslist:

1) They don't let your delete your old ads and posts. How long do they hold your data? forever.

2) $10,000 is bit expensive for 1 ad.

3) $50 is way too expensive if i have report their spam.

4) They don't want to validate my voip number.

5) 99% of the job listing in IT are fake head hunter breaking the rules.

5) Nafta, they don't want Canadians posting in the USA. Do they hate us?

I've used craigslist for buying and selling. Its great and free!

The ads disappear after 1 week.

Nah, Craigslist is not evil. I've used their site for buying some items and it was fine (of course all the usual rules, gold old-fashioned common sense apply when purchasing from a seller). I use it less now, because Kijiji is much better (much better UI and overall design).
