I did toss up some Macies on Sunday morning- it was either that or the 2 double Red Bull and Vodkas I had right around 1:00am- Man when that caffeine kicks it- its make it really hard to sleep through a hang over.

Moreso..what did you have that made u barf?

This brings me back to the SuperSize me movie.. how the guy ate 2 quarter pounders and puked.. and how fake that is.

On Friday I ate a Dbl big mac combo /w a side quarter pounder, and thats way more than two silly burgers.

I had 2 hamburgers and a small fry- Possibly with a sweet and sour sauce- did I mention I had the double cheeseburger deal for lunch- Funny enough I stopped eating McD's a few months back and with all the x-mas shopping I got lazy and ate the crap- never again or at least until next time- I miss the footy mead deal in Oz - it comes with beat root on it.

Great Website

Unless you ate too much which can make you sick and not mcd's fault, you probably didn't get sick from McDicks...

Most food poisonings occur 8 to 24 hrs after eating the contaminated food.

As soon as I saw this thread i thought "holy crap". I went to McDonalds last week while doing Christmas shopping etc. and the next day, I was constantly in the bathroom....sitting on the toilet. My husband was the same way and we had the 2 cheesburger deal. That has never happened before so I am not slaming McDonalds but, like I said, as soon as I saw this thread I thought it was kinda weird.

Food poisoning doesn't happen at McDonalds. That's one of the reasons why their food is so horrible for you. It's pretty much coated with all kinds of garbage to make it so it isn't even meat anymore. It's got like radiation and **** in it to kill bacteria, and your life! But I still love it. Cheapest way to eat! Went there today and got the Big Mac Meal..... $4.26!

Mcdonalds isnt actually coated with garbage, they actually use pretty good beef (check fast food nation, the roast the fast food industry but do admit they use good meat). secondly the beef mcdonalds uses doesnt have radiation in it, it might be irridated with x-rays or gamma rays from a high intensity cobalt 57 source but thats it, thres no actual radioactive sources inside the meat, and if they did find anything rest assured mcdonalds would be fined millions , if not billions of dollars. Did you know that a lot of the foods you consume especially tinned foods are sterelized that way? so whats the big deal is mcdonalds sterlizies their meat that way?

anyways you're right about one thing, it is probably the cheapest place to eat, cant beat the bang for the buck factor at mcdonalds/BK. its not the healthiest but sometimes who cares. if you're out with friends and you're all having fun, go nuts eat what you want...

Strange. I must have eaten at micky dees hundreds of times in my life and never was sick from it. It never really made me feel much better when I was wasted but it didn't really hurt either.

I would say you threw up because you had the vodka/redbull drinks in a short time period.

If you drink high proof alcoholic beverages quickly, the natural reaction is to vomit. The body can not process the alcohol as quickly as you are consuming it, and to prevent a 'toxic state,' you vomit.

It's probably not McDees... tho' I'm not a big fan of their 'food.'

Most food poisonings occur 8 to 24 hrs after eating the contaminated food.

It depends on whether you are reacting to the germs themself, or the toxin produced by the germs.

If it's the latter case, you can get sick almost right away, since the toxin will be on/in the food as soon as you consume it.

Yes, then there would be more cases of illness since everything is touching everything else.

After watching that movie. I swore off junk food for good.

Been on the wagon for 3 months now.

They say that if you go back to it, you will get sick, because your body is not use to all the toxins and crap in the processed food.

Pringles is a good example.

Do you think that all potatoes have the exact same shape? It just ain't natural.

That movie only feeds the ignorant masses.

Did you need someone to tell you that if you eat McD's 3 meals/day, 7 days/week (While almost always getting it supersized) that it's bad for you?

Just like anything else, it's not bad if done in moderation. Hell, you could get really sick with a constant diet that lacks in vitamins and minerals even while cooking at home.

pringles are made from reconstituted potatoes (potato flakes), just like mcdonald's french fries--they whip up a big batch of those fake mashed potatoes, press them into a huge block, and then push it through an extruder with a chip attachment at the end. this creates the shoestrings, and then a slicer is programmed to cut the strings at random lengths, to mimic a potato's non-uniform size. that's why the fries at mcpigs are so creamy on the inside.

and let me guess, thats a story told to you by a friend who told another friend who told another friend? or did you actually work in mcdonalds in the buying department. and if its not 100% pure beef what do you think it is? worms? now its agreed that burgers have a certian amount of filler in them to make them taste better but the only meat in there is beef.

check the snopes article on this (http://www.snopes.com/horrors/food/wormburg.htm)

so it's perfectly fine to eat McDonald fries whch does NOT decay after 3 months? :D

What does the rate of decay have anything to do with it? Your body will excrete the waste. If it didn't, the guy from SupersizeMe wouldn't be able to eat since his body would be full of french fries.....No one said it was "healthy" but the harmful effects are exagerated more than they really are.

There is nothing wrong with eating McD's or any other fast food in moderation.
