Looking for the place to buy a mountain bike in vancouver.I am looking to spend 1000k-3000k and want to go where my the best deals are.

you should also look at pinkbike.com a lot of gvrd sellers list there - great deals on used bikes...saw a nice bighit dh for like $1100.
