Well... I think the St Catherine's street, Saint Laurent Street and Saint-Denis street are the main events!
There are lots to eat so I dont have any personnal recommendations for now
The teasers on St catherine/University (In front of Eaton Center) is always a good place to visit
To club, I like Jet on friday nights... mostly asian, beware! :P
To shop, Eaton Centre has links to 2 other smaller malls... St catherine has a lot of stores along it too. Even future shop!
To bar-hop, I'd suggest Crescent or St-laurent or Saint denis.
Hum what else what else................... thats all i guess

If you're clubbed out, hit the slopes for night skiing.
Mont Saint-Sauveur isn't too far. Mont Bromont is free on Mon-Thu 8:30am-10:00pm ($15 equipment rental), lot's of choices..

St. Catherines / St. Luarant for all your night club needs.
check local record stores for parites based on your music / drug type :P
umm driving around montreal you'll noticed everyone is in a rush to get to the next redlight so be sure to keep up. Cutting off is a regular part of lange changing in montreal
oh and remember
EVERYTIME YOU MAKE A TURN MAKE SURE YOU SEE TRAFFIC LIGHTS, otherwise your driving down a one way street the wrong way
as far as a place to stay check expedia.ca we stayed in a hotel on Rue Guy for like $110 / night, lacked a mini fridge but was a okay otherwise
and yeah do me a favor and check out that schwartz deli
we were walking up st lauant looking for lunch and I saw schwartz, I said lets eat tehre but then we thought it was just a deli with no where to sit down. There was no lineup, so we went across the street to some pub. We then saw the line for scwartz build from 2 people to around the corner. gahhh!
most popular night club for the semi young crowd (20+) is tokyo

Just be aware on Rue St. Catherine around Rue Berie (I can't say N/E/S/W of it because I don't recall which direction the streets go..), at night the area turns into a homosexual area.. so unless you're into that thing, stay away from that area..

I would recommend getting the Lonely Planet travel guide to Montréal. I have it and it's great. It's very helpful. Through it, I found a B&B where I will be staying and I've already planned out some of the sites I'd like to see when I visit Montréal in June.
Also, if you want find good deals for flights, check out Flight Centre (www.flightcentre.ca). I was able to get a round-trip flight from Vancouver to Montréal in June for $357 ($483 grand total). As a comparison, I did a spot check at West Jet and a one-way ticket was $279 before tax.

If the weather's good don't forget to check out The Old Port and Old Montreal. I think Saint-Denis and Old Montreal are my favorite parts of this city. Both are about 15-30 mins of downtown by foot.
If you go up St-Laurent, you can get to Prince Arthur Street which was closed to traffic a few decades ago. In summer its a very happening little street.
You can also check out the Casino on St-Helen's Island. It beats most Casinos because it's run by the Quebec government and if there's one thing they do well, it's tax stupidity.

Mont Bromont is free on Mon-Thu 8:30am-10:00pm ($15 equipment rental)
FREE? How?
Best price according to their website is 28$ night skiing, 33$ weekday skiing, 38$ weekend, if you buy the ticket at Sports Experts (there's one in Alexis Nihon plaza, metro Atwater). Or use this coupon to bring the price down to 37$ (day) :
