Hi Guys/Gals
I am just curious, what kind of cell phone plans you get if you work for Best Buy, FutureShop, or Staples...
I am thinking to apply to one of those places and I heard you get good discounts on Cell phone plans too, Whom should I contact to get detail plans and how should we prove to them that we are working for a cetain store or so.
Please reply, if anyone of you works for retail stores...
Cheers
Rah

So how do One Can Sign up, If I start working there,
Then I just call any Fido or Roger or Bell toll free number and just tell them I work at the retail store and would like to sign up for the plan.
Thanks

2 ways
a) the company faxes over the info and is posted in the lunch room or some place like that. There's a special number to call and the rep will get you signed up
b) The rep makes visits to all the stores and you need to speak with him and he'll give you the required information and forward the information to someone else who'll call you.
Most of the time they will deliver the phone to your place of employment and are able to get you activated right away, so it is very convienant.
Worry about it once you are hired.

Yea. Don't even think about it till you get hired. I signed up via choice A.

*Most* employees of large companies qualify for Rogers' corporate plans (and other service providers'). And these plans vary by dealer/customer service agent if you phone in for it/company/time of year/type of employment.
You never know until you call in--and call in again if you don't get what you want the first few times.
You *must* though be working for the company legitimately, and be able to prove it.
This works for everyone from employees of McDonalds to medical professionals.
