Not me. If there was one, FireFox took care of it

I just did that and
says
"Done!
CoolWebSearch was not found on your system."
then there is a buttom that says "test your system for other spyware"
I click on it and it takes me to http://www.intermute.com/spysubtract/cwshredder/092704/
and then the stupid jgen44.cjt1 Ad Pop up appears again, but this time is different ad
and I have winXp SP2 with internet explore ad blocker turned on
Also have Adware and spyweeper and they didn't find anything
weird

Try rebooting in safe mode and too your tests again
Also, you might want to try the Microsoft Anti-spyware program (beta).. I friend had all kinds of issues that weren't fixed with spybot and adaware but that fixed it.
Worse comes to worse, it might be time for a clean install of windows. I got stuck with something a year or so ago and the only solution I found was a re-install (my computer was getting bogged down anyway

Also a temporary solution is to open up msconfig.exe (Run -> type msconfig) and uncheck the relevant entires in startup tab. Of course you would have to reboot since it's disabling the registry entries and you'll get an annoying dialog after bootup.
