DLNA Hardware transmitter. Does it exist?

I am looking for a box that will take a video/audio feed (eg component or HDMI from a DVD player or satellite receiver) and transmit it wirelessly to a DLNA certified TV. Obviously control functionality would be better but a simple one way wireless HD video/audio transfer would be enough.

I know there are HD video/audio receiver pairs like IOGear GW3DHDKIT but I am looking for just a single box that would perform the transmit function since the TVs already have the inbuilt DLNA receive function.

I realize I could probably do something with a computer using the inbuilt WMP DLNA server but really want a standalone and simple box: Video in, DLNA out

TIA for any help/suggestions.

I think a Slingbox would probably come closest to what you are looking for, but I don't think it's compatible with DLNA (a very restrictive standard). The good news though is that there are some cheap media player boxes that support a Slingbox client, and there might even be one for your TV.

Thanks James, yes I considered a Slingbox with a cheap android receiver but I am trying to avoid anything additional on the TV (receiving end). I also managed to get the LG AN-WL100 system working (picked up on amazon clearance a year ago for <$20) but again it requires a box at the TV end
