It's a 1993 Acura Integra GS in excellent condition! I've owned it since 1996. Since 1997/98, I've only driven it about 5,000km/per year (1,000km in the winter). Currently, there is about 170,000km on the odometer. There are two sets of tires, summer tires on allow rims and snow tires on steel rims (shown). I've maintained it according to the factory specifications and have all the records.

The 'red book' value is listed as $5,225. I'm re-listing the car for $4,500 obo.

Added 4.3.05:

A member asked some great questions about the car. Here are the details FYI (hope you don't mind Dave):

Hi there,

Just some ?'s re. the car:
1) Does the car need any work whatsoever?
2) Any rust on the body or the floors? If so, how bad?
3) Engine - burning any oil, blue smoke, leaks, etc?
4) Has timing belt been changed?
5) Tranny still shifting smoothly? Clutch ok?
6) Does car have a/c? Still blowing cold?
7) Any accidents?
8) Does car need anything to certify - tires, brakes, etc??

Wherebouts are you located?

Thanks,
Dave

Hi Dave,
Thanks for looking. Here are the responses to your questions:

1) No the car doesn't need any work. I take it in for service (@ the Acura Dealer) 2x per year, and I used to get whatever work needs done to it. I've been more questioning in the last few years as there was this statement on one of the invoices, "Rotors need replacing as there is 60% life left on the pads". Most recent service was December 2004, I have a minor tune up and the Axle boots were replaced as was a CV joint. My goal was to keep this car for another 10 years, however, I found I wasn't using it enough. I drive it once every two weeks at least to keep the fluids moving and the batter charged.

2) There is no rust on the body. From Mid Nov. to Mid April of each year, I only drive it about 1,000km and usually when roads are dry. If not, I'm sure to get it cleaned soon after. The interior is clean, in like-new codition and shows no signs of wear/tear. I have rubber mats in it year round. It's parked indoors in the garage in my building.

3) The engine is in perfect working order - and looks great too. There are no fluid leaks. I can see that because my parking spot is perfectly clean. It starts on the first turn of the key. It passed drive clean in 2004 without any problems.

4) The timing belt was changed when I bought the car in 1996 @ 90K.

5) It still shifts smoothly. The clutch hasn't been replaced. I anticipated it will need changing in a few years. I've not experienced any symptoms of a worn clutch. There are no slippage or problems at higher speeds.

6) The car has A/C, however, it doesn't blow cold air. I think it is only out of coolant and not a problem with the A/C unit itself. Why do I think this? The entire A/C system was replaced in 1999. I was told I needed to run the A/C system periodically to keep the charge, however, I never did that and rarely used it even in the summer. I prefer using the sun/moonroof!

7) I have a minor accident in 2001. I rear ended a guy at slow speed. The hood is new as is one of the front lights. I have spare parts that the body shop gave me.

8) I don't think there is anything to certify. The brakes are new (rotors, pads in 2004) and the tires are in great condition. There are two sets, Yokohama Guardex 600 winter tires on steel rims and Michelin XGT-V* / MXVs* on Alloy rims.

* The MXVs are the newer version of the Michelin V-rated tires. I got a flat in 1999 and they couldn't match it with the other XGT-V tire so they had to replace two of them. All of the tires have more than 50% of the tread left. As they were replaced with 129,000km on the odometer (170,000km now). The XGT-Vs were replaced in 1998.

Other things of note:

New Battery installed in 2003
New Exhaust System: Muffler in 2002, B-pipe in Dec. 2004, the A-pipe was replaced too but can't find the invoice. I still have the original chrome exhaust tips (not installed)
New Radiator, Anti-lock brake module in 1999
No mods to the car other than a cargo net in the trunk that I installed.

I have all of the service records since I have owned it. It's only ever been serviced at Downtown Acura and Centre Honda (where I bought it).

If you want to see it live/drive it, PM me. I'm located in downtown Toronto near College and Spadina.

Thanks!
