You should try Walmart--really. Those are good enough and inexpensive enough that if either the DVD or the TV part breaks (and they do offer a warranty of some kind) which is unlikely, then it won't be so bad losing one function, temporarily.
And they probably cost what a used set would cost.

i just tried several best buys/future shop/walmart in the gta and all of them dont carry anything less than $200. :|
