The TDK Cd-r's seem hot, 27 cents per cd. The quality of TDK cd's are great, well if they are made in Japan. I guess i will go down to markham and check it out to see for sure.

The burner is okay... about same price at OEM shops everywhere

Haven't heard anything about this burner. Is it any good, especially compared with similar pricing on NEC 3520 or Benq 1620 or LG 4613?

I am a little weary of Samsung drives having seen terrible experiences with some of their earlier DVD-Rom and CD-RW drives.

Aren't TDK burners just rebadged? You can get a Pioneer 109 for $75...

Beware the TDK spindle, the last batch of TDK CDRs I bought were made by CMC. Not from Tiger though.

Cmon, I bought this crappy burner for $65 from NCIX and I replaced it in a week with a different brand.
It's still there if you want it so much.

A tad expensive compared to most CD-R's, but shipping is free.

all the 50pks fuji from BB,FS, stooples, RCSS, LD, etc. are all MIT.

thx 4 ur dell link but $38 for 40 pk fuji cd-rs is WAY too expensive!!!!

but i think i can still manage to buy some fuji TYs somewhere else.
usually the 10 or 15pks sold are MIJ TYs.

Have you seen the walmart computer section? They always clear out stuff, about 8 months back...they got rid of EVERY SINGLE Belkin wireless networking device :)

Maybe they ended up at Tigerdirect? :)

i'm assuming by "computer section", u mean the "electronics" department.

as for "clear outs", my local walmart doesn't really have "clear out" sections.
and clearance items often depends on the store location...

For the Belkin's it was chain wide as Walmart stopped selling them.
