Anyone here own (or manage) an Independent Video Game Store?

I'm thinking about opening a retail location and wanted to talk to someone who's done it and get a little insight into whether it is viable for me at this time.

Most of us own our own store...well not store...more like "factory".
Unfortunately, we can't sell them. ;)
