um, to me, the first one is not good. It has it moment..but not great at all..
I love all stephen chow movie, especally the old school one. But this not...just too cartoonish. Let hope the next one will be something different

I am not particularly interested in watching a Kung Fu Hustle sequel. They should really just make another Shaolin Soccer movie.

Hmmm, I suspect the sequel will be better than the first one simply because there will probably be more screen time for Stephen considering he "emerged" at the end of the first one.

If it premieres here like the last one, I'll be there... Stephen Chow probably won't be lol

exactly what i think too, shaolin soccer was a MUCH better movie.Maybe I should have tried Shaolin soccer first, then - because Kung Fu Hustle lacked a decent plot, decent script, and any acting ability whatsoever. I don't think I laughed very much either (if at all), for how much it was purported to be a comedy.

i don't think a Shaolin Soccer sequel is going to be possible, considering the rocky relationship between Stephen Chow and the producers (*cough* Daneil Lam *cough*). and of course, the folks at Miramax.

That movie was awesome, hope second one is at least as good. Shaolin Soccer was ok but nowhere near as funny.
The movie is so ridiculous it's hillarious.

cool!

but i was 1st expecting a sequel to shaolin soccer.... guess not.

i'm interested in seeing it but not gonna have too high of expectations for it... the stephen chow films nowadays cannot be compared to the olden days.
