I've returned a product I PMed back to Staples once because the product was utter crap, not even worth the price after PM. Now if I were the lady returning the half eatten cake to Costco, then I might be a little embaressed.

the worst is this chinese lady who returned some winter tires to costco. The lady ask her why she return the tires. She say it's not winter anymore.
Pretty lame if you ask me.
