The Radio Shack Warehouse sale is on again at their warehouse location on Bayview Dr in Barrie On (north of Molson Pk Drive - east of Hwy 400). They are clearing out samples, refurbs and odds and ends.
I thought for sure that there would have been a clearance of a lot of the Radio Shack branded stuff now that they are in transition to becomming "The Source". However, I did not see much of the traditional Radio Shack piece part stuff. Most of the items they are selling are name branded consumer electronics (cordless phones, answering machines, radios, stereo's video game consoles and accessories etc) or is their NexTech, Centrios low end crap. There are lots of remote controlled cars and toys etc.
They have some reasonable deals on Grundig shortwave and portable radios.
Some of their prices are pretty good ie I picked up a portable cd/mp3/wma
player with FM radio, bass boost, 120 sec anti-shock, built in NiCad/NiMh battery charger and came with headphones for $19.99 - the regular (inflated :cheesygri ) Radio Shack price supposedly was $99.

They also have Nintendo Gamecube consoles for $69.
