Missing information on T4 - Contracting Work

I received the T4 from a company that I was contractoring for the first half of 2014. Tax was not being deducted but EI and CPP were.
Now when I have recevived my T4 it has nothing in Box 14 (employment income). However it does not show my EI insurable and CPP pensionable earnings in box 24 & 26. (See example below)

This leads to my question? Where do I show my income in my tax return?

Do I put it in the T4 part of my tax return or another section?
NB: I don't have any contracting expenses to claim.

Box 81 (Placement or employment agency workers) from the other information is your income. Make sure to fill in zero in box 14 if doing this online as most programs have that as a mandatory field.

This all still goes under the T4 section of filing taxes.

imo: if you were a contractor then the company shouldn't be withholding any amount from you since you're an independent person so neither CPP or EI should have been collected by them. Box 14 is for employment income only hence it doesn't apply in your case. If you've registered a corp to provide these kinds of services then CRA will guaranteed deem you as an employee not a corp
