How much I can negotiate down on rent if I don't report to the CRA?

it's a condo unit in Mississauga..
rent is about 1400-1500(listing) per month, how much I can negotiate down if I don't put it on the tax form?

Why don't you ask the landlord if he claiming the rental income? If he is..then you are sol. :)

You do realize that it's illegal for landlords to not report income, right? It would be against RFD rules fr anyone to try to counsel you on how to break the law. Just saying.

If I was your landlord and you asked me this I would jack up rent another two hundred bucks, to compensate me for having a dodgy tenant. Who knows what you will try.

Maybe Op means he will not report his/her rent expense in T1 and not the other way around.
